A free SAT prep class will be offered this Saturday, May fourteenth, at MHS.  The classes are scheduled for eight to ten a.m. with Mrs. Larson teaching the English prep in her room, and Mrs. Anderson teaching the math prep in her portable.  A signup sheet is in the Guidance Office. (5/13)
 
FFA Members – This is a reminder that this Saturday May fourteenth is our May social at Sugarloaf Mountain.  Meet at ten am at the Mountain Loop trail for a hike and lunch!  We will be done by one o’clock pm.
 
Ag Day is Monday May twenty third.  Your permission forms and code of conduct forms are due by Friday May thirteenth to Mrs. Shriner.  The last two planning days are Wednesday May eighteenth and Thursday May nineteenth in room four thirty nine.  These last from two thirty until four.  We need everyone there to get the job done.
 
JUNIORS:  If you are interested in applying to Princeton as a Senior, you may want to attend the program “Why Princeton?” on May twenty-second from two to four p.m. at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel in Washington DC.  More info may be found in Guidance.
 
A reminder to students who are entering grades eleven, twelve, or college in the fall – the deadline to apply for this summer’s Johns Hopkins University Engineering Innovation has been extended to May twenty-seventh.  The course will be held at Tuscarora High School beginning July fifth.  More information can be found in Guidance.
