Mrs. Lehman’s art students and Mrs. Bitner’s Spanish 4 students all traveled to Washington D.C. on Nov. 5 to visit the National Gallery of Art.
They were fascinated by the intricate architecture and inspired by the works of art that they saw.
“Seeing Claude Monet’s art in person made me want to be a better artist and I’m already excited to start my next project,” said Middletown High School junior Kate Smith.
Bitner and all the students who attended were very gracious for this field trip opportunity.
