Tomorrow at 1 PM, the media center will be hosting 4 young adult authors – Jessica Spotswood, Robin Talley, Lindsay Smith, and Caroline Tung Richmond. Curious Iguana, Frederick’s independent bookstore, will be at the event selling copies of “A Tyranny of Petticoats” for 17 dollars and 99 cents. Since this event is occurring during 4th block, any student who wishes to attend, must receive permission from their 4th block teacher before tomorrow. Pick up an attendance request form in the media center.

The Middletown Boys lacrosse team defeated Oakdale Friday night 11-6. Luke Hallman scored 6 goals, Braden Martin had 4 assists and a goal, Anthony Orsini had 3 goals and 1 assist. Roland Hockenbery was dominant at the faceoff X winning 86% of the faceoffs. He also contributed a goal and an assist. Robert Prescott was in goal earning the victory with 5 saves. Middletown also won the JV game 8-6.
