Dues for the Science National Honor Society must be paid by this Friday. Anyone who does not pay by Friday will not be able to join for this year and former members will not be allowed to continue as members.

It’s time again for the SoMIRAC Young Author’s Contest.  The contest is open to all students in grades 9-12.  Students may write a poem or short story, and all entries must be original work.  Please see Ms. Leonard in Room 517 for additional information.

FCPS Career and Technology Center Open House is on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 6-8 PM.  CTC is home to 25 programs of study that provide career-specific training tailored to college-bound and industry trades-oriented students. Students and staff will be available to answer questions.

Juniors and seniors, the following colleges will be visiting Middletown this week: Towson University, Westminster College, Frederick Community College, Stevenson University, Hood College, and University of Pittsburgh.  Also the University of South Carolina has reschedule their visit for November first during Knights Quest.  Anyone who was registered for their canceled visit will be automatically registered for the new date.  If you are interested in attending any of the colleges coming to Middletown, please sign up through your Naviance account or stop by the counseling office if you have questions.
