Quill and Scroll members: There is a meeting at 2:30 P.M. today in Room 312.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let Mr. Kady know in advance.

Sophomores and Juniors: We are in the process of a finalizing our course options at Middletown High School for next year.  We are looking into expanding our Dual Enrollment options.  Your interests  as students will play a large role in what we offer.  If you have an  interest in taking a Dual Enrollment Course next year, please take time today during lunch to complete a survey via the QR codes at the lunch tables.  To ensure that we get the most accurate information, you will be asked to input your Frederick County Public Schools information to complete the survey.

Attention all Student Service Learners, Interns, and Work Study Students: There will be a mandatory meeting for you at the beginning of each block tomorrow in Room 316.  You will be completing a short survey.  Please come during your scheduled Student Service Learner, Intern, or Work time periods. Please see Mr. Zimmer or Mrs. Gibson if you have any questions.

Seniors enrolled in English 101 next semester: Remember that your payment for the course is due to Frederick Community College by Jan. 15th. If you need information on how to pay, see Ms. Dillard in the counseling center.

“Footloose” is coming to the MHS stage this spring.  Auditions will be held on Feb. 10th and 11th.  Singers, dancers, and actors are encouraged to audition.  Specific audition times will be posted on the drama board outside Ms. Denton’s room and the news board outside of the auditorium.  Stay tuned for more information regarding workshops and meetings for “Footloose” participants.  See Ms. Duva or Ms. Denton for additional details.
MedSource Community Services, a non-profit organization on Main Street in Middletown, is looking for an Intern to work in the accounting Department for up to 10 hours a week.  The company provides assistance to persons with developmental disabilities.  Please see Mrs. Gibson for more information.
