Fiery new phone shoots sparks

Fiery new phone shoots sparks

The Samsung Galaxy note 7 is blowing up. Samsung is recalling millions of Galaxy Note 7 phones worldwide after reports of the devices catching fire while charging.

Many Middletown High School students said that it was dangerous that Samsung  phones are catching fire.

“It makes me feel unsafe getting Note 7, but I feel like getting better quality than Iphone,” MHS junior Collin Hanson.

Haley Starry, MHS junior, also brought up that people should be suing Samsung and she added that Samsung should find the source and fix it.

On the other hand, some students at MHS weren’t concerned. Richie Brehm, MHS junior, does not care “because I have iPhone.”
