There was a minor incident in the Middletown High School front parking lot during the morning drop off on April 15.

“An adult driver experienced a medical emergency,” the FCPS FindOutFirst sent out by MHS Assistant Principal Brooke Hontz said. “The driver’s car went down an embankment near the school. No one was hurt.”

Hontz said that the situation was handled promptly and appropriate medical assistance was given.

Despite the confusion during first period, the school is “operating normally” and Hontz said she simply wanted to alert the parents and teachers of this incident.
