Students: Club and group photo day is tomorrow, Feb. 12. During KnightsQuest today, teachers will be handing out slips of paper for each of your scheduled group photos. The schedule is also posted on the auditorium doors, on the yearbook bulletin board, and on MHSRTNews Twitter and Instagram. Please be sure to bring each slip with you at your appointed time. If you are missing a schedule slip for one of your clubs or groups, come at the appointed time and let a yearbook staff member know that you need a new slip. Remember, it is not your teacher’s responsibility to remind you of your scheduled photo.

Social Studies tutoring, including HSA tutoring, will be held on Mondays and Thursdays during the months of January and February.  No social studies tutoring will be held on Wednesdays during the months of January and February.

The MHS Inspired Guest Speaker Series is back. Dr. Josh Funk, physical therapist and founder of Rehab two Perform will be speaking during Knight’s Quest in the media center on Tuesday, January sixteenth. Sign up with Ms. Weaver to attend and listen to Dr. Funk share his expertise as a physical therapist through continuing education courses and working with athletes of all ages.

Do you want to play a game of winter book bingo? Check out the bulletin board outside the media center to take a look at the Book Bingo Challenge. Your goal is to read books that match the description on the squares. If you read books that fit in five squares in a row, that’s bingo and your name will be entered into a drawing to receive a prize. Stop by the media center to receive your book bingo board. Football after school weight lifting will start Tuesday January 16th. All players who are not currently participating in a sport or are not currently talking AST or strength training are strongly encouraged to be there. After school weight lifting will run after school until 3:15 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
