Those attending the Jostens Leadership Event scheduled for Thursday morning at Westminster High School. As many of you know, there is chance for a small winter weather event during the early morning hours. If CCPS (Carroll County Public Schools) is delayed for any time frame, the event will unfortunately be cancelled. We are not going to cancel the event at this time. If schools open on time, the event will proceed as planned. With that being said, Mike Smith, the keynote and a self-proclaimed “teenager at heart”, has asked that our student leaders dress in festive holiday attire (ugly sweater, holiday t-shirt, Santa hat, etc.). If possible, please have your delegation wear something festive.

Last night, the Varsity girls basketball team defeated the Williamsport Wildcats, 47-33 at Williamsport High School. Back at Ron Engle court, the boys team fell in a hard fought match against the Williamsport wildcats with a score of 44-40. The Boys and Girls varsity swimming and diving teams are competing tomorrow at Walkersville High School.
