Seniors – Please pay attention for some updates regarding Naviance and your college application process: Your counselors will be sending mid-year reports and transcripts to all colleges on your Naviance list this week. Also, If you are applying for scholarships and you need a transcript and/or a letter of recommendation, you must request these items through Naviance. Go to the colleges tab, click on  “Transcripts” in the left margin and then follow the prompts. Please be sure to go into Naviance and update your college lists, especially the acceptance decisions. See your counselor if you have any questions.

Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors and art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in high schools in each congressional district nationwide. The art competition is a juried event. Artist jurors from across the district will select artwork from the submitted pieces for inclusion in the exhibition. The submission deadline for artwork is March 2, 2018 and must be done online. Selected entries will be exhibited at VisArts from March 16 – April 1, 2018. For more information, talk to Ms. Weaver.
