Are you struggling in a class and need a little extra help? Do you need some guidance as you write your paper for English class? Do you want to get a little extra practice for the SATs? The tutoring and writing center is coming soon! Starting in March, the media center will be hosting the Tutoring and Writing Center on Mondays and Wednesdays during Knight’s Quest. See Mrs. Flagg or Ms. Weaver for more details.

Attention NCI or USAMRIID internships applicants: on Tuesday, February 27th at 2:30 in the Media Center, there will be a meeting to provide an update on interviews and the interview process. The presentation will be done by three students who are currently in the program. They will provide helpful information and give you the opportunity to practice at mock interviews. You will be able to ask questions, and the mock interviews are optional. See Mrs. Gibson if you have any questions.

March is National Reading Month and Friday, March 2nd is Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Dress up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character on Friday and stop by the media center to have your picture taken!

Middletown boys basketball will play tonight at Williamsport high school in the section semifinal game. Tomorrow, the Middletown girls basketball team will be home for their sectional semifinal game with Walkersville. Both games start at seven pm and the admission is six dollars. Be sure to come out to cheer on your knights this week.

Spring sports start March first! If you are trying out for a spring sport, you will need a physical and a completed online registration. Please see Coach Desimone if you have any questions.
