Induction for French Honor Society will be on Friday April 20 during Knights Quest. Students eligible for membership should touch base with Madame Stutzman this week for information on dues.

News from the Media Center: Today is GO GREEN Tuesday! Tomorrow wear animal print or camo for Wilderness Wednesday. Also, weather permitting, sign up to take a nature walk around the school building during Knight’s Quest. On Thursday, sign up to attend the final Cocoa House of the year. Sign-up for any or all of these events with Ms. Weaver in the Media Center.

To conclude the Earth Week festivities, the TED-Ed Club is organizing Earth Fest after school on Friday, April 20th. Interested in performing an Earth day related song, poem, skit, short film? Want to design an outfit out of recycled trash for our trashion fashion show? See Ms. Weaver to sign up for this event. If we do not get enough participants, we may have to cancel the event–so if you are interested, let Ms. Weaver know as soon as possible!

Have you bought your yearbook yet? There are only 73 books remaining and buying a book gives you the chance to win Taylor Swift tickets.

Seniors who are members of the Spanish Honor Society should come and see Mr. Lupian as soon as they can or come to a meeting scheduled after school at 2:30 P.M. on Thursday April 26th in Portable 1 for information about induction and cord fees. Students who have completed Spanish 4 and have at least a B average in all Spanish classes and have a clear disciplinary record are eligible for the Spanish Honor Society. If any underclassmen meet these requirements, or have already applied, they too should attend the meeting on the 26th. See or contact Mr. Lupian via email for more information.

National Art Honor Society Presents paint night at the Main Cup on Wednesday, April 18th at 7:00 P.M. Support Middletown High School’s National Art Honor Society with this fundraiser. Hosted by student artist, Mira Nair, enjoy a relaxing evening painting and dining on some of Middletown’s finest food. Cost is $25 and includes painting supplies & instruction. There are only 20 spots available. To reserve a spot contact Donna Lehman at  [email protected].

Both baseball and softball games got postponed last night due to inclimate weather. Both teams face Williamsport tonight at home. The games start at 4:30 P.M. Make sure to come out to support your Knights.

After playing through the cold and rain, both the boys and girls tennis teams both defeated Williamsport last night with a score of 5-0. Great job Knights!

The boys and girls lacrosse teams face Boonsboro tonight. The boys play at home and the girls play at Boonsboro. Both games begin at 7:00 P.M. Good luck Knights!
