Club Sign-Ups will be coming soon.  A list of club offerings will be posted in the Cafeteria at lunch this week.  If you would like to start a new club there will also be Club Request Forms available.  You will need to find 8 other students interested in the club and a teacher adviser for the club to be added.  Forms should be submitted to Mrs. Roberts in the Counseling Center.

Last night Middletown’s Golf team won at River Downs Golf Course against Liberty and Frederick. The Knights won by two strokes over Liberty and by 40 over Frederick. Scoring for the Knights was Nic Bradley with a 39, Joey Weiland and Landon Leatherman with a 42, and Joe Montgomery with a 45.

Middletown JV girls won 6-0 against Frederick with goal scorers Caitlin Woelkers, Izzy Ewine, Jenna Grossnickle, Jamie Staup, Grace Rudy, and Brynn Gentile.  Kylie Wells and Allie Page combined for the shutout.

The varsity girls also got a big win last night 5-0 with goal scorers Millie Smith, Gemma Carioti, Mel Pick, Giselle Arias, and Abigail Tatem.  Sarah Remp, Jade Catlin, Katie Perkins and Mel Pick had assists. Molly Faron and Maggie Perkins combined for the shutout.

The volleyball team opened the season with a win against Frederick. JV won in 3 sets.

Varsity also won in 3 sets.  Sydney wilber had 16 kills.

Haley Miller had 17 digs and 3 aces.

Michelle Newkirk had 37 assists, 10 digs and 3 aces.

The next volleyball match is Thursday at TJ.
