Attention Sophomore Class: The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Academy is currently taking applications for their Maryland HOBY Leadership Seminar. HOBY State Leadership Seminars empower young people to explore and cultivate their personal leadership skills to become leaders in their school and community. If interested, see Mrs. Barlow in room 215 for information.

The National Honor Society will be holding a school wide fundraiser, contributing to the Warrior Glam Bags Organization. Due to health complications, Middletown High School student, Ashley Dixon began collecting beauty products for the teenagers living their life in the hospital. She realized that many activities are targeted toward younger children in hospitals and the older age groups are rarely accounted for. We will be collecting new beauty products, including cheap make-up, facial cleansers, chapstick, nail polish, and any other small products able to fit inside a makeup bag. To ensure that the products have not been used, we will not be accepting opened or damaged packages. Ashley Dixon has realized that when you don’t feel well, it doesn’t help if you don’t look well either. Show your support to those fighting for their life by dropping off items in the collection bin next to the school store. Donations will be accepted until the end of the term.
