A conversation with Alex Ongay

High school teens at Middletown High School: Alex Ongay

1. What do you think is the hardest challenges teenagers face in today’s society?

Decision making after high school is going to be one of the hardest challenges that teenagers will face.

2. Do you feel there are many stereotypes in high school? If so, what?

Yes. People thinking I’m good at baseball and soccer because I’m Spanish is one example.

3. Are there cliques at MHS? If so, what are they?

There are small ones, such as the band kids or football players.

4. What is the best thing about MHS?

The stadium is definitely the best.

5. Do you think MHS is one of the best high schools in Frederick County?

Yeah, because it’s in the suburbs.

6. What’s the popular thing students at MHS like to do outside of school?

Chillin.

7. In three words sum up what MHS means to you as a student?

Boring, fun and dull.
