Attention all Rho Kappa potential members: Friday, May 10 will be your last chance to pay your membership fee and complete your admission to the Social Studies Honors Society. On Friday, all paid members will have their names submitted to the national office of Rho Kappa and become the founding members of the Middletown High School chapter.  Seniors members are eligible to order graduation cords and should see Mr. Muldoon as soon as possible so cords can be ordered to arrive in time for graduation. If you do not pay dues by this Friday, you will not be a member of Rho Kappa. Juniors who miss this deadline are invited to re-apply next year.

Seniors who ordered their caps and gown late: a new shipment has arrived.  Please see Ms. Leonard in Room 208.

Seniors receive their yearbooks today during lunch shifts in the auditorium. The beginning of first lunch shift is the absolute earliest opportunity for seniors to pick up their books. No exceptions can be made. Also, no student may pick up a book for another student unless previously arranged by the parent directly with Mr. Mattingly via phone call or e-mail. Again, no exceptions can be made. Money cannot be accepted during distribution in the auditorium.

Student Service Learning Hours for this year need to be submitted to Mr. Zimmer or Mrs. Gibson by tomorrow.  Forms are available outside their rooms.  If you have questions, please see them.

Reminder for all students signing up for Partial On-Line Summer School: you must attend the first class which is the orientation.

SGA will appoint the Executive Board for next year at the meeting today at two thirty in Mrs. Gibson’s room.  All interested students must attend this meeting.

Stop by the Beading for a Cause sale during all lunch shifts in the cafeteria today through Friday. There is a nice variety of beaded and metal work to select from and they make great Mother’s Day gifts. All proceeds go to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Seniors who have Meritorious Service hours for this year need to submit them to Mr. Zimmer no later than tomorrow, May 10.  Forms can be picked up outside Mr. Zimmer or Mrs. Gibson’s room or found on the MHS website.

Mr. Middletown tickets will be sold during all lunch shifts this week. Tickets are five dollars and only three tickets can be purchased by an individual. Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door.
