Frederick County Public School is accepting applications for the 2016-2017 Student Member of the Board. Any current tenth or eleventh grader is eligible to apply. Attention Spanish Honor Society members: There will be a meeting after School on Monday at 2:30 P.M. in Mr. Lupian’s room. Spanish tutors should print out a tutor log from google classroom and have it filled out.

Starting Monday, the Young Democratic Socialists will be sponsoring a fundraiser for Heifer International, a nonprofit organization that helps impoverished families around the world. You can donate money during lunch. Tune in Monday for more information.

Starting tonight and at all home basketball games through Dec. 18th, look for the box to donate your gently used coats and toys. All sizes of coats and toys for all ages are needed. Items will be donated to help victims of the Baltimore riots.

Come out to Skate Frederick today at 5:30 P.M. to see your Middletown High School Ice Hockey team pummel Walkersville. Friends, hot chocolate and hockey make a great way to end the week!

The MHS Drama Department presents A Christmas Carol tonight and Saturday at 7:00 P.M. and Sunday at 2:00 P.M. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8.00 for students and senior citizens and will be available at the door before each performance. Come out this weekend and enjoy the show!
