Science National Honor Society applications are due today.  Please remember that applications must be handed to Mrs. Brandt or they will not be accepted.

Juniors and seniors: The following colleges will be visiting Middletown soon: Salisbury, University of Pittsburgh, University of Delaware, The Temple – A Paul Mitchell Partner School, Frederick Community College, US Naval Academy and Stratford. If you are interested in attending and learning more about the colleges, sign up through Naviance.

Seniors: Are you a high achieving senior who is applying to the University of Virginia?  UVA offers a Jefferson scholarship that offers a full ride to its winners.  If you are interested in being nominated for this scholarship, see Ms. Langley in the Counseling Center no later than Nov. 4.

Did you know that the Middletown High School Media Center has Kindles that students can check out? That’s right, you can use a digital e-reader to check out a book from the Frederick County Public Schools high school collection and read it on one of our Kindles. You can also check out a book on your own device. Stop by the Media Center today to find out how!
