For all students interested in joining the MHS Academic Team: An organizational meeting will be held in Mr. Kirkendall’s room, 216 after school tomorrow at 2:30 PM.

Anyone that did not attend the awards ceremony yesterday afternoon to receive their academic or service awards may pick them up in Mrs. Cosgray’s office located in front of the copy room.  Please pick up your awards today during lunches or after school.

Don’t forget to help stuff the toy box with unwrapped toys in their original packaging for toys for tots. The toy box is located in the media center. The goal is 200 toys by this Friday.

Do you want to go to the boys soccer state championship game on Saturday but need a ride? How about joining other knights on the pep bus? A signup sheet and permission forms will be in the cafeteria today and tomorrow. All forms and money must be turned into Mrs. Cosgray by the end of the day on Thursday.

Congratulations to our MHS art teacher, Mrs. Lehman. 2 weeks ago the Maryland Federation of Art exhibition opened in Annapolis and Mrs. Lehman was one of 74 artists selected out of 431 entries for the exhibition. Last weekend, her art work piece called “Work Space Number Six, Lock and Keys” was awarded 1st place! Mrs. Lehman has now earned national recognition. Congratulations Mrs. Lehman!
