Come out this Saturday, April twenty-third from nine to noon to the Middletown Green Expo to celebrate Earth Day at Memorial Park near LDS. Dozens of organizations will be there including Catoctin Nature Center, Scale and Tales with animals, a bike ride with coupons for Moore Ice Cream, Beekeepers, worm composting, Monarch Butterfly Alliance, Seed of Life Market on the Roll bus, a rain barrel raffle, bird walk at eight o’clock and bike rides at eleven and more! Seniors who have completed service learning activities should complete the Meritorious Service Learning Activity form and submit it to the Transition Education Office in Room 315 no later than Monday, May second to be included in the Senior Awards Ceremony.
