The votes are in, and the winner of this year’s high school Black-Eyed Susan Book Award is The Naturals. It’s not too late to read this gripping story of teenagers who are recruited by the FBI for their special talents, such as the ability to tell when a person is lying or read their emotions–important skills when trying to catch a serial killer. Stop by the MHS Media Center and check out The Naturals or one of our many other fabulous books today!

All current and former Athletic Coaching class students who are interested in helping out at Middletown Elementary School’s Field Day need to turn in their signed permission slips by Friday.

MHS students are needed to help with running small games and giving out prizes at the Middletown Primary school Fun Night this Friday from six to eight. See Mr. Zimmer for more information.

Next school year, MHS will be transitioning to a five block day for students to explore, expand, and reaffirm within the academic and co-curricular realms. During clubs and lunch on Friday you will be able to vote on the name of this block of time.  The choices have been narrowed to Quest, My Quest, and KnightsQuest.  Please take time to vote today!
