JV and Varsity Volleyball both proved who the better Knights were by defeating the Century Knights last night.  Varsity beat Century in five and was led by: Emily Rabat with nineteen kills, Mikki Geouge with eight kills, Sara Wenner with twenty-two assists, Olivia Fritz with twenty-four digs, and Sam Higginbothem with twenty-two digs.  Volleyball is at home next Tuesday against South Carroll, so come out and support your seniors.

The time for shadowing at the Career Tech Center has arrived.  Kids in all grades can shadow a program between November Seventh and February twenty eighth. Students will now see Ms. Anders in attendance to set up a shadow and may begin doing that immediately. They should see her at lunch or after school. 

Prepare yourself for the SAT with free Verbal and Math prep sessions offered by Mrs. Headley and Mrs. Anderson. The session will be held at MHS this Saturday, October twenty seventh from eight a.m. to ten a.m. Sign up in the School Counseling Center if interested in attending.

All County Honors Chorus forms are due to Mrs. Bower next Tuesday, October thirtieth.

Do your friends tell you that you’re hilarious? Are you clever, witty, a quick thinker? Middletown’s very own improv troupe is holding auditions today and tomorrow after school in room 210. Stop by and find out what the laughter is all about! 

The School of Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park would like to invite you to the Engineering Your Future Preview Program on Saturday, November seventeenth from nine am to four pm. The day will include a panel discussion and workshops with current Clark School students, as well as work on an engineering group project. Registration is limited so come to the Counseling Center if you are in interested.

There will be a brief informational meeting for anyone interested in signing up for or learning more about Mock Trial on November first at two-thirty in room 515.

Athletic playoff games and matches are quickly approaching. For these events, all ticket prices are five dollars; no passes will be accepted. Noise makers are not allowed at indoor events, and all signs that are brought to indoor events must be attached to the wall; hand-held signs are not allowed. The State Of Maryland does not allow any non-certified staff on the playing surface during or at the conclusion of any event.
