The Art and Poetry Contests have begun and run through March thirtieth. If you have an idea for an original Seussical Character or a poem modeled after Dr. Seuss’s style, see Ms. Leonard in Room 517 for information.

The Frederick County Board of Elections will be at MHS this Thursday during lunch shifts to provide a demonstration for students and staff on the new voting system. Students who are interested in registering to vote can do so on Thursday and should bring a driver’s license, permit or social security number.

The Concert, Orchestra and Jazz bands will perform tonight at seven PM in the auditorium. Come out and enjoy the show. Admission is free.

Today is National Ag Day! Take a minute today to think about how agriculture impacts your life each day – from the clothes you wear to the food you eat to the medicines you take and the environment we live in. Agriculture is in our lives everyday.

For those students interested in Unified Track, our next practice is tomorrow from two thirty to three thirty. If you came to the meeting last week and no longer wish to participate, please let Mrs. Bator or Mrs.Bagnell know. Anyone who is not at practice Wednesday and has not talked to Mrs. Bator or Mrs. Bagnell will be removed from the participation list.
