Today is “Kick Butts Day”! It is a day of activism that empowers youth to stand out, speak up and seize control against Tobacco. Be sure to check out the Graffiti Wall in the cafeteria during lunch today and add your own message against tobacco use.

All ASL students: The Maryland School for the Deaf Drama club will be performing “Beauty and the Beast” on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week at seven PM at the Ely Auditorium on the MSD campus.  It will be a great experience for all ASL students.  See Coach Schartner if you have any questions.

Attention all AP Students: AP Exam Registration has been extended through tomorrow. Tomorrow is the absolute last day to order an exam! Completed forms should be given to Mrs. Spangler in the front office or use School Cash Online.

Seniors and Juniors: The following colleges will be visiting MHS on March thirty-first: Frederick Community College at ten AM and Hagerstown Community College at one PM.  If you are interested in attending, please sign up to through your Naviance account.

Attention Junior Boys: Are you interested in government and politics?  Thinking about a career in the military?  If so, please consider attending Boy’s State this summer at McDaniel College for a once in a lifetime experience.  See Ms. Bagnell in the Counseling Center for an application and more information.

Unified Track practice is today from two thirty to three thirty. Anyone who is not at practice today and has not talked to Mrs. Bator or Mrs. Bagnell will be removed from the participation list.

Ultimate Frisbee is starting again! Come play a fast and exciting sport after school on Tuesdays from two thirty to three thirty beginning on March twenty-ninth. For more information, talk to Ms. Chestnutt in Room 512.

Frederick County Board of Elections will be at MHS tomorrow. Students who are interested in registering to vote should bring a driver’s license, permit or social security number.

Congratulations to the MHS Concert band who received a rating of Superior at the FCPS adjudication yesterday!
