Madelyn Parmenter, RT+ Executive Producer
Madelyn Parmenter is a senior at Middletown High School and is in her fourth semester of journalism. She plays on the MHS ice hockey, field hockey and lacrosse teams, as well as travel ice hockey. Along with sports, Madelyn is also an ambassador for the MHS Chick-fil-A Leadership Academy and an ongoing member of MHS’s athletic leadership conference. After high school, Madelyn wants to further her education by attending a four year university to study digital marketing while playing collegiate ice hockey. When she’s not playing sports, Madelyn enjoys thrifting and hanging out with her friends and believes a smile can change anyone’s day.

Nawal Bhatti is a senior at Middletown High School. She is in her sixth and final semester of journalism. She is vice president of Middletown’s chapter of National Honor Society and an officer for Future Business Leaders of America. She is an intern at the Neighbors of Middletown Magazine where she can expand and enhance her knowledge of journalism and spend time working with her community. Since she aspires to one day be an attorney, she is a part of the Mock Trial team where she can have competitive fun with her peers. In her free time, she can be found getting overpriced lattes to sip on as roams around local bookstores with friends. She is an avid movie watcher and devotes much of her screen time to the app Letterboxd. She loves spending quality time with her family and close friends. She couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds for her.
