Young adult author Neal Shusterman and the illustrator of his new graphic novel, Andres Vera Martinez, visited Middletown High School on November 13, 2023 to speak about their new book Courage To Dream.

Evie Storer is a junior at Middletown High School and is currently in her second semester of journalism. She took her first journalism class last year, had an incredible time, and is back to learn more! With the communication skills learned at The Round Table, Evie hopes to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in midwifery at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of her education, she hopes to promote women’s health and public health using her learned multimedia abilities. Some of her other interests include musical theatre, reading books, and watching gangster movies.
