Ice storm runs through the valley
The power of danger and beauty in an ice storm creates a loss of power in students’ homes and slippery roads, causing Frederick County Public Schools to close on Feb. 5. This marks the seventh snow day, leaving FCPS to make revisions on the school calendar for the rest of the 2013 -2014 school year on Feb. 12.
