Abbe Pannucci takes us in the kitchen to make snowman Oreo balls

Snowman Oreo Balls

Ingredients: 36 Oreos, 1 package of cream cheese, 1 bag of white chocolate chips, decorations (icing, mini Oreos)

Directions: Put Oreos in a bag or food processor and crush them until its almost like sand. Add the cream cheese and mix until totally combined. The mixture should be thick and in one big clump. Then, form small balls and place a toothpick in each ball (this is optional, but it makes dipping the balls in chocolate easier). Freeze for at least 20 minutes. While they are freezing, melt the white chocolate. Take the balls out of the freezer and cover each in the chocolate.  Put in the fridge and chill for at least 20 minutes. Finally, remove the toothpicks and add decorations. Keep chilled until eating.
