The heart and mind should be used in tricky situations

By Jason Dagenhart
Round Table reporter

We all think that the most important decisions in our lives are based and driven by our emotions and minds, and sometimes they are.

Each individual situation we are in that has us making a decision uses one of these two following options:

The heart; the core and headquarters of all the emotions that swirl within us is what we use to decide what to do with how we feel.

The mind; reason and thought are the internal clockwork of machines and machinations that make us do what we do.

But which one should we really use?

To me, it depends on the situation, but I try to use a clever mixture or conglomeration of emotions, intuitive thought, and what I think feels right.

We make these decisions everyday, and every decision affects how we act and how we do things in the world. They are always changing due to the decisions we make and the choices we follow.

And these choices become the future we see before us, the shining, or not so bright ones.

It takes a bit of effort to make them, but really, what is life without a little bit of challenge?

So I leave you saying, good luck.
